How Do We Decide What to Write About on Our Blog?
We get this question often, and the truth is, we don’t create “content” just for marketing or filling up a calendar. This blog is an extension of our passion and our calling. For us, it’s not about algorithms or engagement—it’s about people. It’s about you.

Every blog post is born from our real-life conversations with the families we’re honored to support. Whether it’s a question asked in a prenatal class, a struggle shared during a postpartum visit, or a late-night text from a new parent trying to figure things out, we carry those moments with us and let them guide what we write.
Between us, we’ve spent many years walking alongside families as antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and lactation nurses. Those years have given us a deep well of experience, insight, and perspective, and we feel deeply called to share that with as many women as we can. But we don’t pretend to have all the answers. We are always learning and constantly evolving. We learn more from the families we serve than they will ever learn from us.
We also know that the journey into and through motherhood can feel isolating. You’re often left to make important decisions without a clear guide, sifting through conflicting advice and endless opinions. We hope this blog can be a gentle hand on your shoulder, where you feel seen, supported, and reminded that you’re not alone.
We believe all women deserve to be listened to, truly heard, and fully considered—especially during pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. So that’s how we decide what to write: we listen. And then we write from the heart.
